Overt-Kill is a cyborg who makes his first appearance in Spawn issue #6. Overt-Kill used to be known as Nicholas Rocca in Sicily. At age 13, he was already a thug running an extortion racket to local businesses and even offering himself as a leg breaker for the mob. Soon he became one and was hired by a mob boss named Luciano.

Nicholas Rocca otherwise known as Overt-Kill, is a major antagonist and a killer cyborg featured in the Image comic book series Spawn. He was hired by mob boss Tony Twist to kill Spawn and nearly accomplishes the job, but is later defeated.

Lacking control of his new necroplasmic abilities, Spawn raids a CIA storehouse to obtain high-tech weapons and stages his own ambush on the cyborg, defeating Overt-Kill. Twist eventually reacquires Overt-Kill and rebuilds him once more.

OvertKill is a cybernetic assassin. He was frequently employed by as a mob enforcer and was Spawn 's first nemesis. He boasts augmented strength and speed, a sadistic battle fury and a strong, if not misguided, sense of his own invulnerability.

The comic book series Spawn, published by Image Comics, contains a variety of characters: the allies of the protagonist and his antagonists. Spawn, the main character of the series, is a CIA operative that was sent to hell, later protecting humanity from the war between heaven and hell.
