Jul 17, 2021 · Recommended paint for flocking? - posted in ATM, Optics and DIY Forum: What’s the state of the art in 2021? I’m finding many threads with recommendations from past years, but I don’t know how up to date they are. I have the flocking material from Scopestuff for the tube, so the paint is for smaller jobs, like the edges of of the secondary, shiny bolts, etc.

These paints are the darks blacks in the world and absorb 99 % of light. Just curious.
