Aug 13, 2019 · Download the large .cab file. Extract it using something like 7-Zip before copying to USB and then the OS drive because it contains a lot of files. To install the drivers go to Device Manager, right-click on the device, Update Driver Software…, then Browse to the location where the copied folder is.

Go to https://support.dell.com and follow the links to check for and download/install new device drivers. You need the new video driver. While you’re there don’t forget to update all the other drivers identified, including the BIOS.
