For the past month I’ve been doing heavier weight training and have seen some gains but I want to get serious about it and begin building mass.

Nov 24, 2018 · I used to be 15% of body fat. I stopped working out for 2 years and did not follow any diet gained fat not that much of weight. I am 29 years old, 178cm height, 78kg 32% body fat. What should I do to burn the fat. I’ve been doing some exercises and on low calorie diet. So far I lost 2 kg and body 36 to 32% in 4 weeks.
