Next up for the iconic tale, though, is what we can only assume is a much darker, scarier twist from none other than Robert Eggers.

Nosferatu director Robert Eggers has reportedly set his sights on another iconic tale for adaptation – A Christmas Carol. According to Deadline, Eggers is writing and directing an adaptation of the famous Charles Dickens story with Warner Bros.
