ZOTAC GAMING has announced its launch line-up of GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, including a revamped AMP Extreme and the new SOLID design.

In the case of the GeForce RTX 5090, board partner MSI says that its cards will have limited availability and it's down to an insufficient number of GB202 GPUs from Nvidia.

Word from Nvidia about the supply of its flagship graphics cards appeared on its GeForce Forums. A forum administrator and Nvidia staff member who goes by Tim@NVIDIA wrote today, “We expect significant demand for the GeForce RTX 5090 and 5080 and believe stock-outs may happen.

Nvidia executives are already floating the possibility that Nvidia’s new high-end RTX 5000 cards may sell out. Tim Adams, Nvidia’s global head of the GeForce community, said in a forum post that Nvidia believes that “stock outs” — a situation where retailers sell out of a certain product — may happen.
