Google is rolling out a new Insert button on the Gemini panel in Gmail for Android. It's a shortcut for adding AI replies to email drafts.

Last August, Google rolled out a feature for Gmail that lets you use Gemini to fine-tune your drafts and replies. With the tap of a button, you can summarize an email, have Gemini write a reply on its own, rewrite a draft that you wrote, and more.

There is a catch, though: as it makes this change, Google is increasing the price of all Workspace plans. Jerry Dischler, Google’s president of cloud applications, tells me companies will pay roughly $2 more per month per user for the AI-enabled Workspace than they were paying before.
