A pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle in Bristol on Sunday night. Police said the person was hit at the intersection of Barnes Highway and Lincoln Avenue around 6 p.m. According to police,

BRISTOL, CT (WFSB) - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car on the Barnes Highway at its intersection with Lincoln Ave on Sunday evening. Police said the pedestrian was transported from the scene to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A pedestrian was killed in a traffic accident in Bristol Sunday night, police report.  Bristol Police were notified of a man being struck by a car at 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Barnes Highway and Lincoln Avenue.

A 59-year-old man died after he was struck by a pickup truck in a parking lot Monday evening, according to the Bristol police.
