Popular paranormal horror game Phasmophobia is getting a film adaptation from Blumhouse. The production company known for its horror films made the announcement at its first-ever The Business of Fear in Hollywood.

Phasmophobia, the "truly terrifying" hit horror video game, is getting a film adaptation from the makers of Five Nights at Freddy's and The Conjuring.

Blumhouse Productions has set its sights on another horror video game to adapt to film, developing a feature based on “ Phasmophobia ,” the first-person paranormal puzzle title that became a viral sensation during the COVID pandemic.
