Krehbiel's firm, Topography, plans 68 rooms in assorted buildings and a 90-acre nature preserve on the lakefront campus where George Williams College stood until closing in 2023.

The Turner Beach parking lot re-opened on April 25, which means all seven city operated beach parks now have parking.
