Officials believe there are no survivors after a plane with 64 people aboard crashed into a helicopter near Reagan Washington National Airport.

Russian figure skating pair Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov were among those on board when an American Airlines flight collided with a U.S. Army helicopter, the Kremlin said.

All are feared dead in a crash involving a Black Hawk helicopter built by Connecticut's Sikorsky and an American Airlines plane in Washington, D.C.

Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov won a world championship title together in pairs skating in 1994 and narrowly missed out on Olympic medals, before moving to the U.S. and coaching generations of
