Nashville-based Lotus Hospitality Management has purchased the Candlewood Suites Louisville Airport at 1367 Gardiner Lane for $6.42 million, according to a deed filed with the Jefferson County Clerk’s office. Lotus Hospitality bought the property under the entity Derby Hospitality LLC.
