Geoff Fox A popular vehicle used in West Virginia to get around town is not allowed on the streets of Maryland, according to the Maryland Attorney General. This has become a point of confusion and friction in nearby Washington County.

The National Weather Service has put out a flurry of advisories due to the cold and potential for snow in Virginia.
