A jury must decide whether Delta Airlines Inc. failed to accommodate a flight attendant’s adverse physical reaction to new uniforms it rolled out and illegally fired her, a Brooklyn federal judge ruled.

Less than two weeks after she was released on her own recognizance, the stowaway suspect tried to cross the northern U.S. border, prosecutors said.
