Despite several hours of searching, Taunton police were unable to locate “Billy” after the ram escaped from his home.

TAUNTON, Mass. (WJAR) — Taunton police said a ram is loose in the neighborhood. The ram was last seen near Steve Drive. Police said they have officers and Animal Control in the area to capture the ram. Taunton police said residents should use caution and good judgement if they see the ram.

The Taunton Police Department said residents should be on the lookout for a loose ram. The ram was last seen on Steve Drive with officer alongside animal control attempting to capture it. Residents should use caution if near the animal and contact either the department at 508-824-7522 or Taunton Animal Control at 508-822-2150.
