SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Stewart’s Shops will buy the Jolley convenience store chain. The acquisition of the South Burlington-based business is expected to be finalized by the end of this year. The deal includes the 45 convenience stores the chain operates in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York.
