Mr V Ponraj Ph.D., scientific advisor to former president APJ Abdul Kalam, has forayed into Tamil Nadu politics by floating a new party called Abdul Kalam Vision India Party (Abdul Kalam VIP).
APJ Abdul Kalam was a leader who contributed to the youth skilling and development initiatives. In 2010, the United Nations honoured Kalam for his contribution to science, education and politics.
