AUSTIN — The smiling face of Lady Bird Johnson appears on a U.S. postage stamp dedicated by the U.S ... during the administration of her husband, Lyndon B. Johnson.

On Friday, Mrs. Johnson’s daughters, Luci Baines Johnson and Lynda Johnson Robb, helped unveil the stamp before about 300 people at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.

The stamps can be preordered now for delivery early next month. Johnson was first lady from Nov. 22, 1963, to Jan. 20, 1969, during the administration of her husband, Lyndon B. Johnson.
