Hello. We have a trip planned that involves being in Chiang Mai from 4/12/19 to 4/15 or 4/16 (during Songkran). We would like to make a day trip to Chiang Rai to see Wat Rong Khun, but haven't been able to find any info as to whether Songkran will make this difficult. Can anyone advise?
