There is no entrance fee for the nunnery or garden, the nunnery is open daily 9am to 4.30pm and the garden I think is open from around 7 am to 9 pm you could spend 1-2 hours in the …

There is no entrance fee for the nunnery or garden, the nunnery is open daily 9am to 4.30pm and the garden I think is open from around 7 am to 9 pm you could spend 1-2 hours in the nunnery as it is something like a small forbidden city and the same in the garden as it is large around around 35000 square meters featuring magnificent garden including water features and buildings There is also a tea house / restaurant selling vegetarian food all in all well worth the effort to see.

Hi, we used the MTR system from Hong Kong island. The Garden is near the Diamond Hill station. This was pretty easy and quickly. I have not been to cruise terminal but there are busses (No. 86) you can start with but have to change (and walk to another) bus line which may take up to 50 minutes or more. It is probably more advisable to take a taxi which is not so expensive in HK and will take you there in about 10-15 min.
