Hi When I was in transit I left my luggage in a secure luggage compartment at the train station which is beside the Ludwig Museum. It was not expensive and you get a key t take with you to open on your return. Not sure what the luggage section is like at the museum but I found it easier to leave my luggage at the station where I was returning to to cacth my train having visited the museum
