Why are the baby highchairs in the cafe so disgustingly dirty.? I thought that this might have been a one off problem but on returning to the cafe they are still filthy. It's appalling! Full review by Clare R

These toilets in John Lewis are great! My favourite toilets when in Liverpool. I would recommend these toilets. The place to be if you need the toilet. Full review by Lola S
