Best is to phone Hornsby Council - 02 9847 6666 - to ensure the gardener (Monday to Friday) or a volunteer of the Friends of Lisgar Gardens (Sundays) will be able to operate the inclinator (it's a kind of lift) as the garden is on a slope. Once you're down, a big part of the garden is disabled friendly.
