Hi, I was wondering the best time to buy tickets for the FLW combination tour PLUS, getting there from downtown Chicago, on the Green Line. I see it's easy to get the green line, but my concern is how much time should I allow for the trip on the train PLUS walking. I am also confused as to which is the best station to get off. I was hoping you could give me some tips, since you were there recently. Thank you very much! It sounds marvelous.

If you want to do the tours at a specific time, I would definitely buy your tickets ahead of time online. We did not buy ahead of time because it looked like there were plenty available. When we got there, we had to wait about an hour to get the next tour. As far as your questions about the green line, I'm from the suburbs & drove there. I don't know anything about public transportation. Sorry.
