My daughter wanted an afternoon swim. After putting on my wetsuit, it took little time to adjust to the temperature of the water. It gets deep pretty quickly. There is an outside shower to wash yours…Full review by 422iana

Another great local beach to visit. A long stretch of sand allows for great walk on the beach. On a clear day you can see Mount Taranaki and Ruapehu.Full review by travelguy1969
