Unclear. The facility has been clearly built with government funds (it had to have been a pretty chunky budget) and appears to be part of a broader educational agenda by the government. The result is that there seem to be a large number of school tour groups going through the building who are inevitably noisy. The facility isn't overly large so best to try to get there when kids aren't. I imagine that would require a call to the front desk or arriving beginning / end of day but not sure
